Library membership is open to professionals in NSW working with drug and alcohol issues. This can include any of the following professionals:

• Allied Health professionals

• Area Health Service staff

• Centre for Drug and Alcohol

• Education professionals

• General Practitioners

• Justice Health

• Miscellaneous health workers

• NSW Health Drug & Alcohol Council

• NGOs

If you work within one of the above professional categories, and would like to become a library member, copy and fill in the membership form with the required details. You can copy the form into an email and send it to us at:  dahsl@email.cs.nsw.gov.au, or print it out and fax it to us on 9515 7244.
